Downloads incompatible version of Factory API

Thanks a lot for implementing this script!

I'm just trying to set this up, but seems like the version resolution for Factory API doesn't work, it always downloads the version for 1.21.8 even if the latest resolved version for mod compatibility is 1.12.7.

It might be that's because the mod forges don't have any other versions, I'm just trying to figure out a workaround for downloading it elsewhere and loading from a file.

OK, so it seems that version of Factory API is supposed to be compatible with MC 1.21.6-8, but then Fabric API is complaining about incompatibility.
