Needs to create ~/.local/bin if it doesn't already exist

When I run the installer script, I get a bunch of messages like this:

  Configuring Windows Wordpad Application...tee: /home/swinny/.local/bin/wordpad.exe: No such file or directory
chmod: cannot access '/home/swinny/.local/bin/wordpad.exe': No such file or directory
 Finished.

Solved by manually creating bin in ~.local\

Indeed @swinny89, a simple mkdir ~/.local/bin solved this issue for me.
