as can be seen in the FAHviewer controls, "+" key increases the snapshot cycling rate to a level of 25+ fps/snapshot cycling rate

Context

setting the default value to the higher fluent value will result in a much more positive experience for new FAH contributors who have not ever tried FAH before and who are about to find out about FAH and the viewer feature.
