App suspend due to used folio reader #537

I used this folio reader since 2019 , but recently my app has been suspended due to Device and network abbuse.
Issue found: Violation of Device and Network Abuse policy
Apps that cause users to download or install applications from unknown sources outside of Google Play are prohibited.

About the Device and Network Abuse policy
An app distributed via Google Play may not modify, replace or update itself using any method other than Google Play's update mechanism. Likewise, an app may not download executable code (such as dex, JAR, .so files) from a source other than Google Play.
My app dont download or install application from unkown sources. How can I solve this issue.
Please help.
