Use ImplicitCAD

ImplicitCAD has _much_ faster rendering time than OpenSCAD.  Unfortunately, we need workarounds for things it doesn't yet support:

* [x] presets
* [x] `polyhedron()`
* [ ] `text()`
* [ ] Syntax differences

I'll keep this issue open until we've got the wheel rendering in ImplicitCAD.
