• Copy across validation_suite TUI
• Copy across summary results scripts

• Inspect scenarios - make sure they map to intended interventions
• Remove unneeded scenario parameters (e.g. risk factors)
• Clean up metadata of model and scenarios (better names, descriptions)
• Categories for scenario parameters
• Check we're using the correct assumptions about PIN, Impact Factor, Epi

Correct

• Configure results scripts for clinical interventions
• Run preliminary results and assess
• Add proper methods for YLLs
• Correct effect -> transform -> incidence methods
  • Invert sign for effects (and in scenarios too)
  • Negative = true to transform nodes
  • No inverse = true from transform to incidence link
