FIP: Automatically start a validator audit if votes from one significantly deviate from the median.

Due to the decentralized nature of our AI performance evaluation it is easily visible if one validator unfairly favors one provider due to their scores being a statistical outlier versus the remaining validators. We could have a simple background daemon tracking all protocol for statistical anonmilies and then trigger an audit. Knowing that audit triggers are automatic will further deter someone from starting a collusion attack.
