Camra test timeout setting

I as many others use an old smartphone as camera with the ip webcam but there is on issue with this.
When starting a print it checks if your camera works only it gives you 2 seconds as is hardcoded which is to little amount of time to get the .jpg url loaded and says one camera is not working cuzzz the little amount time
when i changeed the hardcoded 2 seconds to 5 it worked everytime for me
