Enhancement (Feature) Request: Add End Stop Switches

**Is your feature request related to a problem?
Yes. The belt I fabricated with a splice does not go around the small pully well and so we should limit travel to not go around the pully. We could benifit from a start and stop travel switches.

Switch to detect start position of Right Assension Axis
Switch to detect stop position of Right Assensation Axis.

End stop switches must not get broken if the RA axis has large torques.
Must either go past switch with our breakage or must have strong mechanical stop protecting switch.
