The fa-toolbox duotone fill is just the line art

Bug description

The duotone toolbox icon only has a visible fill in fa-solid, not fa-regular, fa-light or fa-thin. The issue seems to be the fill layer is just the lines again as seen on the site's icon page's primary/secondary copy buttons.
