Support React 19

This project currently supports React 16, 17, and 18. React 19 was released at the end of last year (Dec 2024).

Support for React 19 would allow using the fa-icon-chooser in projects built using React 19. Many projects started this year are likely using React 19 and can not take advantage of this library.

With the recent versions I can see that react 19 is supported, but the peerDependencies in package.json have not been updated and still says they support only 17 and 18
