Extend the upcoming alarm notification to two hours or provide an option to choose

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
Currently the upcoming alarm notification only appears 5 minutes (maybe 10?) before the alarm fires. It is almost useless.

Describe the solution you'd like
Either have it be consistent with other clock apps or have an option to choose the notification period within settings.

Additional context
Most Clock apps have this notification appear 1 to 2 hours before the alarm goes off. This is the case with AOSP clock and Google clock afaik.

Here are some thoughts from Issue 91:

In the case of a series of alarms, this should only affect the next alarm and not the entire series. (Alternatively, you could also use 2 buttons for series (deactivate only this / entire alarm series).

This function should be able to be switched on and off via the settings. The notification should be active by default.

The settings could also be used to specify whether a notification should be silent or audible. My personal recommendation is to set the default to silent.

The Samsung app does a 30 minutes notif, that's a good period. Both this and the button on that notification for cancelling the next alarm (in #13) should be prioritized.

Please make it configurable, I would use 12 hrs.
Make separate alarms dismissable separately.

I am not fluent in Androidese but as far as I see Clock would need a variable settable by the user to the amount of minutes to show the notification before the alarm, then have this updated in app/src/main/kotlin/org/fossify/clock/extensions/Context.kt:
