Steps to reproduce the bug

Click Download attached file in email client (Fairemail 1.2249a).
Select File Manager for download/save
Select correct folder
Click to save
Original file overwritten by new file with same name

Expected behavior

At point of clicking Save I would expect File Manager to warn that there was already a file with that name and either prompt for new name or overwrite.

Actual behavior

Original file overwritten by new file of same name without any warning.
