Chrome browser can delete the moved file

Steps to reproduce the bug

Another file manager (Material Files from F-Droid) isn't affected. Just download a file via chrome browser and keep the download history, use fossify file manager to move the downloaded file to another location, delete download history in chrome browser, the moved file is deleted. Material Files from F-Droid, which is published by another person, isn't affect.

Expected behavior

Moving the file avoids chrome from deleting it when deleting the download history.

Actual behavior

Chrome deletes the moved file.
