Feature description

🧠User story: Share files device‑to‑device over LAN by scanning a QR or entering a short code, with no internet.

😵‍💫Problem: Current sharing depends on external apps or connectivity.

💡Proposal: A local sharing screen that shows a one‑time QR/code to bootstrap a LAN connection on same Wi‑Fi or device hotspot.

✨Acceptance criteria: One‑time QR/code session; receiver joins by scan or code.
Transfers remain on LAN/hotspot; no internet permission required.
Progress UI, cancel, target folder picker.
