Allow the tabs to be on the top #356

Feature description
Instead to have the tabs on the bottom allow them to be on the top.
Why do you want this feature?
Maybe it is just me, but when the gesture bar is enabled or can't be disabled like on stock android, the gesture bar is kinda directly below of one of the tabs.
This makes somehow believe, because in many cases a "bar" also indicates a selection, that the item is selected.
I know that the items in the bar change color, but i somehow already noticed myself thinking i am in the tab which is above the gesture bar many times and wondered why the sight didn't change when i pressed one of the tabs on the side.
