no resolution info for jxl

Hi, I was exploring this. I found that the PropertyDiaglog is part of Fossify/Commons repo. So to fix this issue, we would need to use a third-party library (e.g. jxlDecoder) to get the resolution of the image if the file is ending with '.jxl' and update it in the addProperties() method of the PropertyDialog.kt. If the file name is not jxl, we could use the existing logic.

Correct me if I'm wrong.

The Extended details feature is not the same as the Properties dialog, but both need to be fixed.

Update: It's displayed in extended details now thanks to #731, but the dialog will be fixed later (see this comment).
