Thumbnails on some AV1 videos never generated. #809

Steps to reproduce the bug
i recently converted all my phone media to AV1 codec, and some thumbnails have error on then. i tried changing the setting to render all high quality thumbnails or all low, nothing helped even after clearing cache

Expected behavior
Thumbnails should generated fine with AV1 i think

Thumbnails never get generated

Additional information
i have my own settings config for years now, but i tried with fresh one and was playing with thumbnails settings if anything would fix it.
