Improve JPEG XL EXIF support

Feature description

Right now, Fossify Gallery supports decoding JPEG XL using Glide plugins, but relies on androidx.exifinterface:exifinterface for getting EXIF metadata, which doesn't support JPEG XL at all.

Why do you want this feature?

Having feature-parity for displaying metadata like other file formats.

Originally intended this issue to be just about JPEG XL, but added AVIF since it was a similar case and thought was relevant, but just checked for duplicate issues of the first.

• Does not read brotli compressed metadata of JPEG XL due to missing brotli KMP libs.

Unfortunately, popular image processing libraries like ImageMagick or libvips as far as I investigated do not offer an option to configure brotli box compression directly on their integrations with libjxl, which means it will not work in a lot of cases.

libjxl's cjxl cli has --compress_boxes=0 but is not properly documented
