Fast scroll button is too low and blocked by gesture navigation

Steps to reproduce the bug

1. i think you have to use gesture navigation not the three button navigation.

Expected behavior

To be able to use fast scroll button to fast scroll through images and videos.

Actual behavior

Well the fast scroll button is on the same area as the gesture navigation so it cannot be used as trying to use it causes to exit the app to home screen or bring up recent apps.
