Esperanto language not showing in language settings

Steps to reproduce the bug

1. Go to Settings in any of the chosen app.
2. Select language
3. See if there is Esperanto listed and if the language changes after it is selected

Expected behavior

The Esperanto language should be listed there and it should change the interface language if chosen as the language to switch on.

Actual behavior

The Esperanto is not listed among the available languages despite the resource file is present in the codebase in the main branch.

Platform support for Esperanto is only available on Android 16 and above (more specifically, it was added in Android 15 R6, as can be seen here, but none of the devices I could find on Android 15 support it).

@naveensingh I see. And the support for Interlingua that I see in the applications was added there even before Esperanto, right?

Yes, it was added back in 2022. #344 is a way to solve this issue for all new languages.
