All Fossify Apps

Feature description

I noticed that app changelogs (texts like New in version (...)) that are not translated into my language cannot be found in the Fossify apps project on Weblate:

Why do you want this feature?

A unified translation platform for all app text strings: interface, help, and metadata. Instead of translating part of the text on a third-party platform with a glossary and coordinating the translations among ourselves, and part through PR.

The changelogs are excluded on purpose. The translations go to waste due to frequent releases, and waiting for them to be translated into most languages adds a lot of delay.
