Configure diacritics position / Brazilian portuguese language support

Feature description

Have an option to configure where diacritics variations are located above the "clean" keys.
Other option would be that with portuguese layout, it would already be easy for the most used variations.

Why do you want this feature?

The only thing I miss from samsung keyboard is that when holding a key to get diacritics (e.g ç), it was more intuitive for portuguese speakers because it was located directly above the original key. Note that in the fossify keyboard screenshot below, I have to move left in order to use ç. The symbol directly above is never used in this case.

The variations used by the portuguese language are:

We aren't planning to do manual configuration of diacritics in favor of adding keyboard layouts for particular languages. So if you'd like to have a Portuguese layout, please edit your feature request to be just about it.
