Unknown error when editing ID3 tags

Steps to reproduce the bug

1. Long press on a song in the "tracks" tab
2. select "rename" from the three dots menu in the top right corner
3. edit track artist/title
4. press ok

Expected behavior

the ID3 tags are modified and the rename dialog closes

Actual behavior

a notification pops up telling the user that an unknown error happened

I tried in the latest version (1.2.1) and now nothing happens when I tap OK after editing the ID3 tag

Actually, it works, but you have to wait a bit. I'll investigate the cause.

I just tried again, waited for 6 minutes after tapping OK but nothing happened. Tried to re-scan the media files after that and it still shows the old tags
