Please add support for synced lyrics in the app

Why do you want this feature?

My library contains mp3 tracks with syncronized (mostly) lyrics in this format:

[00:00.43] line 1
[00:04.75] line 2
[00:08.50] line 3

Would be great if Fossify Music Player could show it in a karaoke manner

also will be better if the app scans .lrc file first and playing the file.

i'd like this as well! a lot of the songs i listen to don't have lyrics support available in big music apps like youtube music anyway, so being able to do it custom and offline would be really useful for me.

some additional ideas i think would be cool but aren't needed:

• the main thing i'd want beyond plaintext would be a custom font option. some of the songs i listen to are in toki pona, and it'd be nice to be able to have the lyrics in toki pona's writing system sitelen pona, which requires a custom font (toki pona can be written in latin letters too, so this isn't needed, just something that would be cool!)
• it would also be nice to be able to do some formatting, maybe color or something, to denote something like singer in songs where there's multiple
• maybe also different versions of the lyrics as well, say, a japanese song having a kana version and romaji version that you can switch between?

before looking into this problem myself, my initial thought had been maybe using subtitle files or something, because those would be able to do both of those first things, and separate subtitle files could be used for the third one. but also, this isn't subtitles' intended use case, and subtitles do stuff like screen positioning, which isn't exactly applicable here

Is this feature abandoned or planned for the future? I would love for the music player to read .lrc files! Even without live synced music, it would be great to at least the the text

It'll be added. No ETA.

The app can't read those files by default due to permission restrictions so users will have to assign them manually.
