Set new note name to date/time by default

Feature description

Creating a note requires the user to come up and enter a title. Could it instead just default to the current date/time?

I think iOS Notes does this.

Then users could rename title later if needed.

Another option could be for Notes to name the note based on the content of it. Eg first few words in the note.

Why do you want this feature?

• Less barriers to writing notes
• Could help solve Find out a note's creation date #209
• I was frantically needing to jot down some song lyrics and having to enter a note name was getting in the way (and distracting)

You can already create a note this way by opening the app via the Text note shortcut (long press on the app icon to see the shortcuts). Isn't it enough?

Instead of defaulting to date, the note title field will be made optional with the design changes in #27.
