Steps to reproduce the bug

  1. Lock the phone (locked screen)
  2. Get another phone to call you.

Expected behavior

  1. When the phone receive a call while it is in the locked state, the accept or reject button does show and the call can be accepted or rejected

Actual behavior

  1. When the phone rings the screen does not wake up and the accept or reject buttons do not appear - unable to pickup the call.
  2. Manually unlocking the phone (while it's ringing) brings up the home screen and turns off the ringing sound and still no accept or reject buttons? but from the phone that initiated the call, it's still ringing?!?
  3. If the phone is unlocked (home screen) and a call is received, the phone works as expected - the accept or reject buttons appear and the call can be accepted.

The phone is not rooted

I have the following Fossify apps installed and set as default: Phone, Contacts, Messages, Calendar, Gallery, File Manager, Music Player.
Could it be a hardware issue? or an issue with a native system app?
