Upgrade steps:

• update to the new forked op-geth image ghcr.io/fraxfinance/fraxtal-op-geth:v1.101503.0-frax-1.1.0 and forked op-node image ghcr.io/fraxfinance/fraxtal-op-node:v1.12.0-frax-1.1.0
• update op-node rollup config to activate the hard fork at the specified timestamp
