Plans of releasing v1.4?

Hello all!

We use this tool for peak calling in the nf-core/cutandrun Nextflow pipeline.

I bumped into an error reported before (#62), which was fixed in v1.4, but this version has not been released.
Is there a plan to release v1.4?

We would like to update the tool in the pipeline, since this error makes the whole execution stop and we can't continue to the following steps of the pipeline.
