inconsistent results with SEACR server

Dear SEARC maintainer,

I am obtaining inconsistent results with the web server. Earlier today I submitted a pair of bedgraph flles in stringent mode and got a whopping 808520 sites. I resubmitted later today and got 1206 sites. I don;t know which, if either, to believe. I have placed both the 2 input files and the disagreeing output files in a dropbox folder. Here is the link
