Add support for ARM64 linux.

Can you add support to install libxenon on ARM64 linux? I am able to use devkitpro on ARM64 linux but there is no xbox 360 library in the repository.

Have you tried building the toolchain as-is? Libxenon is made for the Xbox 360 which is PPC64, the toolchain is built primarily for x86 afaik but might in theory be possible to build also for arm64 - you'd have to test it yourself though as most likely not a lot of others use arm CPUs yet.

I have tried to build it normally but it requires gcc-multilib which I can’t install on arm64 ubuntu via apt.
