My TV supports 1080p, but now xell-reloaded just can't display anything, maybe because of the highest resolution is 720p?

Only using AV cable is OK.

TVs that supports 1080p also ALWAYS support 720p. they even support down to 480p which is the fallback for HDMI.

What model of console do you have? If it's a corona or Winchester this could be part of the problem.
