I believe this is a mistkae, IIRC what is actually used in freecad is libarea which is included in CAM, https://github.com/FreeCAD/FreeCAD/blob/efbfa34aa19089222caa2c7032806c44f1360492/src/Mod/CAM/libarea/CMakeLists.txt#L157-L161 not whatever pip is pulling
