Scrambled Namespaces #120
Description
Removing the namespace 1 (http//freeopcua/defaults/modeler) and adding my own namespace will scramble the model after saving, exiting and realoading the same file.
The default namespace 1 is inserted again, my namespace pushed to index 2. Now all references point into the wrong namespace.
