Query on how to extract the Application URI from the server certificate

Hi, I am working on a requirement to test some OPC UA servers.
One such testcase is to check if the application URI of the servercertificate matches that with the application URI of endpoints. I do not seem to figure out a way, to extract the applicationURI information from server certificate. Could you please help?

    endpointURL = "opc.tcp://localhost:48010"
    client = Client(endpointURL)
    client.connect()
   endpoints = client.get_endpoints()
   for endpoint in endpoints:
