FreeRADIUS (TTLS-PAP) & Google Secure LDAP Iphones Authentication Issues

We are using Google Secure LDAP with FreeRADIUS for 802.1x EAP Wi-Fi authentication at our university. Android phones are working perfectly, but iPhones are showing the following error:
Error: (6) Ignoring duplicate packet from client ap1 port 46687 - ID: 37 due to unfinished request in component authenticate module eap_ttls
