Spanish Channels, Titles and Descriptions are overrid with english

Hi devs and people. i think this apps is fantastic so thank you. but theres one thing maybe you can fix. i watch mostly spanish language channels and they ofc have spanish title and descriptions. but this app only takes the english alternative. on settings i choose Spanish (MX) and Mexico as trending.

Can you fix that or add a setting to choose default titles and descriptions' Thank you

Edit: Some spanish channels wont use alternative languages so these one shows spanish correctly
