Problem Description

For large playlists, sometimes I want to see what videos I have saved at an arbitrary depth, e.g., 60% of the way through. This can be harder to visually gauge with the scrollbar. Also, with that method, I need to move the scrollbar fast enough to not accidentally start loading in the thumbnails for the videos along the way, which can sometimes be difficult. It's also very hard to manipulate the playlist scrollbar on mobile, especially for very large playlists, but that particular bugaboo is probably a separate problem of its own.

Proposed Solution

Click on the playlist progress bar at a particular point to navigate to the corresponding video index in the WatchVideoPlaylist window.

Alternatives Considered

We could make the playlist scrollbar experience better (e.g., making it bigger on hover of the surrounding region), although I don't see the harm in doing both.
