[Feature Request]: Remove/limit access to channels.

Problem Description

I want to limit my child's access to the back catalogue of the channels I am subscribed to. You can limit the number of videos in the subscription list but clicking on the channel name or going to the channels tab allows you unrestricted access to all of the videos

Proposed Solution

It would be helpful to have a toggle to remove the channel category and remove the ability to click the channel names in the subscription list.

Alternatives Considered

Another option would to apply the subscription limit of showing x amount of videos to also apply to the channels page. Being able to only show the most recent 5 videos or whatever amount would limit the access to the back catalogue and stop overconsumption.

I like the idea of a Parental Control toggle that limits the ability to click channel names on video thumbnails.

There's a few potential edge cases though. What if the user searches for the channel name directly, presumably the channel itself should be hidden if this toggle is enabled?

What about clicking the channel name of users in the comments section? Should this be included, a different toggle, or should you just hide comments if you don't want this behavior?

Parental controls already allow for the search function to be disabled alongside the ability to subscribe to channels. I don't think this would be major concern since you would probably have the other modes already enabled and locked down so they wouldn't be able to search. I think simply being able to disable the channels category and the ability to click on the channel in descriptions would be sufficient.

I've made a PR that adds a toggle for disabling channel links, but not for hiding the Channels button in the side bar as I feel like that should be a separate issue?
