Describe the bug

1. Settings
2. Enable Tor / Proxy
3. Test Proxy (Clicking on Test Proxy will send a request to https://ipwho.is/?output=json&fields=ip,country,city,region&lang=en)
4. In DevTools Network could saw 403 Forbidden response:
