Volunteer job -- KJB-1611 footnotes

Many footnotes remain at the start of the verse in question and need to be manually moved to their correct position. This can be done by looking at pages like [[https://archive.org/details/1611TheAuthorizedKingJamesBible/page/n78/mode/1up?view=theater]] and then noting where the footnote callers are placed and correcting the USFM files. (If you wish to help with this, you would need to fork this repository and create a new branch where you could edit your copy of these files, then submit a merge or ‘pull’ request.)

It needs to be noted that unlike modern footnotes, the KJB-1611 footnote callers were located BEFORE the word(s) in question.

So what you need to do is to open one of the .USFM files for editing, open the archive page to the same reference, select a footnote from the beginning of the verse (which starts with \f and ends with \f *) and CUT the footnote, find the correct place in the verse (which will be BEFORE the word(s) in question) and then PASTE in the footnote again.

This would be a big help, not only to our own project (visible on pages like https://Freely-Given.org/OBD/par/KI1/C22V34.htm#KJB-1611), but also for other projects wanting KJB-1611 USFM files for download.

We also realised that there's a distinction between cross-references (xrefs) that use the * caller and actual footnotes (using dagger and other callers, and often starting with 'Heb.' or 'Or,'.), so as well as moving them to the correct positions (BEFORE the text in question), we need to change those to use xref codes.
