Support for LERC_DEFLATE and/or LERC_ZSTD?

👋 Thanks for this great binding.

I'm interested in supporting the formats LERC_ZSTD and LERC_DEFLATE as written by GDAL. It seems that these aren't standalone TIFF tags, but rather defined inside the blob info of the LERC buffer. Do you have any interest in supporting these stacked compression formats?

I haven't been able to find enough information on how the stacked LERC_ZSTD and LERC_DEFLATE are stored on disk. Are you familiar at all with the layout?

I am not. I was interested only for bare LERC support so I just created this binding to https://github.com/Esri/lerc
