[Feature request] Area active timeframe

I would like to use areas to mark where friends live. However, when they move, their previous addresses will still show in the Areas overlay. Additionally, homes of relatives who passed away whom I'll never be able to visit again are still visible. I don't want to delete these areas, and not only because that would delete the visits in Dawarich assigned to them as well.

• I would like to ask for a Before and After field in the Area class.
• When toggling Areas on in the map view, there would be a toggle (or another, separate checkbox) to toggle visibility of Inactive areas.
• When suggesting new visits, the job would additionally check if the visit is within the time of Before and After, and if it is not, the job should act as if the area doesn't exist.

This would help me greatly, and because it is not necessary to use, it wouldn't make it worse for anyone else.

I thought of a use case for a "don't show area on map" too. I have areas where I'm never planning on going again, and the memories attached to it aren't good, but if I need to, it would be good to have a suggested visit for it.

This should also be handled if the list of Areas gets exposed to the frontend: I would put a toggle or checkbox for a "show hidden areas" function in the list too.
