Recommended postgis version

Hi!

Simple question: what's the recommended postgis version for dawarich? I'm asking since version 17-3.5 is kind of "hardcoded" in the docker-compose.yml. Does it make sense to use postgis:latest version? Or is this just asking for trouble?

You can check the changelog between 3.5 and the latest version to see if there are any breaking changes, but I doubt it. But still worth checking :) Should be working with latest though
