[Enhancement] Quick-export options for GPX track

Similar to #2165 ('export button' on trips page) and #2071 (background jobs to periodically auto-export) but not quite the same:

My use case is also primarily geotagging photos, but I do it generally on a daily or multiple-times-daily basis with a number of cameras that support getting location from a phone either unreliably or not at all. I very frequently find myself fiddling with dates on the "points" page of Dawarich to keep exports size-limited.

Embarrassingly, I've just realized that the points search defaults to the last month, so to some extent I can just click "export" immediately on that page and I'll get a relatively consistent-sized export up to the latest. But still, I'd love some simpler, fewer-clicks options, such as "instant export of:"

• This calendar month
• This calendar week
• This calendar day

On top of that, it'd be kind of nice if there was a one-click download somewhere, be that the "points" page or the "export" page, where I could click one of those options and the page would just block until the download started, rather than the current workflow of

1. go to points page
2. (maybe:) set dates
3. click export
4. go to exports page
5. refresh until export is ready (usually just a few seconds)
6. click download
