create Trip from Selection

was thiking about this when i was scanning my map and started selecting things.
a simple button that takes you to the trip creation with the date range of all selected points already entered could be a pretty neat shortcut to create trips imo.

I would love to see this too, I prefer the Trip view to show tracks NOT including flights, and its a bit of a hassle to dial in the date+time to exclude flights. This method would make it much easier

What I see is that every single gpx file wil be connected in de map-view. For instance my trip to Malta, I stayed for 5 days. Every day I have hiked a portion of the island. When I make a trip of that period, every single trip is connected with the day before and the day next.
