My suggestion is to integrate the source from https://github.com/mozlima/redirectbypasser
(If anyone knows of a better option, post it)
Most browsers now have some tracker blocking features or are commonly added.
None of the blockers help with obscured links that send users to a series of landing-pads.
The project above has stalled, but the newest version of the extension is available for Opera (or Chrome with "Chameleon") so can be easily tested.
Unlike most redirect-bypassers it is not site specific, and works anywhere it can.
This makes it more private to use many sites and search engines, and allows people to copy and paste real URLs instead of the common tracking links.
