Mail Problem

Hello, we have an online store with Shopware 6 installed. Here, the mails appear in the Mail Archive plugin, but no mail is sent to the user. I checked all settings, SMTP etc. everything is correct. I have been looking for a solution for about 2 months. Can you please help me with this?

Did you checked your var/log files? Is maybe mail delivery disabled in the settings of the shop?

I checked the log data, unfortunately there is no error message about the mail system.

I Think removing the test function is not as good. Because defined templates in twig files also needs to be testet. So better is adapting the functionality that test mails also use the file template. Also it would be good when templatefiles are found the textboxes should be non editable and still needs to display the content of the file.
