Readd Feature-Flag Component

Please describe the feature you would like to see implemented.

In version 0.2.* there was still an option to display the activated feature flags.
Could you please reintegrate this function?

Since Shopware changed their Philosophy in regards to feature flags (there's mostly only one feature flag per major version), I don't think this feature is needed any longer. Could you provide a specific use case?

The use case is that I want to quickly recognize whether the ACCESSIBILITY_TWEAKS feature has been activated in our projects.

The fact that there is only one feature flag is not quite true, currently in a 6.6.10.5 environment the command feature::list gives me the following features, for example:

Alright, you convinced me :). We can add this feature again. Currently I do not have the time to do this myself so I can't give you an ETA. If you need this feature now, feel free to open a PR.
