Storing notes at the plugin level

Please describe the feature you would like to see implemented.

When we take on new customer projects, we create a feature documentation in Confluence, where we list all customer-specific details, including plugins. Since Shopmon brings the last functionality, we would like to replace these feature documentation. However, for this to work, we would need the ability to store notes both at the plugin level (generally) and at the customer-specific plugin level. These notes should be as formatable as possible (bold, italics, underline, ordered & unordered lists, etc.). A table function would also be desirable. This would save us a lot of work in the future! :-) Thanks a lot for considering!
